1. Service description

PlaneTicker is a hardware and software platform that displays real-time aircraft tracking data. The service consists of: (a) the PlaneTicker Desktop LED display hardware; (b) a web dashboard for managing devices and settings; and (c) a browser-based display for viewing live aircraft data.

2. Account responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders & delivery

  • Orders are charged at checkout via Stripe.
  • Current price: £89.99 for the PlaneTicker Desktop (including UK shipping).
  • Delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks from the date of order.
  • UK shipping is free. International shipping may incur additional charges.
  • You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

4. Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your PlaneTicker Desktop, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be returned in its original condition. Contact hello@planeticker.com to arrange a return.

5. Intellectual property

The PlaneTicker name, logo, software, firmware, and website content are the intellectual property of Rivoro Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivoro Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

7. Data usage

Aircraft tracking data is sourced from open community ADS-B networks and is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data. ADS-B data should not be used for safety-critical or aviation operations purposes.

8. Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the firmware.
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape or overload our API.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
