Troubleshooting

Panel shows "Scanning…" but no aircraft

This is normal when no aircraft are nearby. Try increasing your radius to 50 km or 100 km. Aircraft are most frequent during daytime near airports and flight paths.

Panel shows "No Signal" or stays blank

Check the USB-C cable is plugged in. Check your WiFi is working. If your password changed, hold the reset button for 5 seconds to reconfigure.

Panel shows wrong location

Go to Dashboard → Devices → Setup and update your postcode. Changes take effect within 5 seconds.

Display looks dim

Increase brightness in Dashboard → Devices → Settings. LED panels look best in indoor lighting — avoid direct sunlight.

Can't find the PlaneTicker-Setup WiFi

Make sure the panel is powered on. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds. Stay within 5 metres of the panel.
