Credits and attributions
PlaneTicker is built on open data and open source, and its photographs come from people who put them into the public domain. Here is everyone we are standing on.
Flight data
Aircraft positions come from ADS-B, which aircraft broadcast openly, picked up by networks of volunteer-run ground receivers. Nobody is paid for that. Without those volunteers this product could not exist at any price, let alone with no subscription.

Photography
Every photograph on the site is released under CC0, a public domain dedication, so no attribution is required. We are listing it anyway. None of these images shows the PlaneTicker product itself.

The site runs on Next.js and React, the API on Fastify and Prisma, the map on Leaflet, and the panel firmware on CircuitPython. All open source, and all maintained by people who owe us nothing.
